Privacy policy

KOVA is a one-person ecommerce growth service run by Krists, based in the European Union. This page explains, in plain English, what personal data I collect and how I use it.

What I collect

Only the contact details you send me — such as your name, email address, store URL — and the content of the emails and messages we exchange.

Why I collect it

To reply to you and to provide the services you ask for, such as audits, setup and ads management. This processing is based on taking steps at your request before or during a contract, as provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What I don't do

I don't sell, rent or share your data for marketing. I only share it with tools needed to deliver the service (for example email, payments and booking).

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to work with you and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to processing or ask for a copy of it. Just email krists@trykova.online and I'll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
